A LEO was pulling out of the Dairy Queen and saw it and subsequently pulled the driver over then chewed my buddy out. I know its certainly not the same but beer gets shipped out of state pretty regular. I've seen some pretty labels with so and so's honey farm on them.
Well it is a form of a threat. If you or me did it that wouldn't be a real big deal. Now if Al Capone did it then that would be something entirely different. However it's the same regardless.
