Well, they can ask, you don't have to respond.

The only people who can ask you to leave, and you have to leave, is someone in control of the property.

Lol, I don't think they will simply let you walk away. They will find someone to inforce their rule, and your visit from that point onward isn't going to be much fun being followed around til they have some other authority on hand to escort you out.

My point is... in light of all the anti-gun rhetoric going on, any kind of stunt is only going to further the Liberals cause, make us all look like idiots, and make liberals happy raising awareness for their agenda.

Yeah, I'd kinda think so too.

They may not have the ability to touch you, but they could cause such a stink that the commotion would make you leave. They'd probably have the police in 10 min of our resistance as well.

So yes, security personnel are employed to enforce rules of the property and management.

While there is no real guidelines for this, case law and practice supports management OR a representative of management can ask you to leave, if you do not you are trespassing and can be arrested if you continue to stand around waiting on “management”

A representative of management could be every employee or even an outside friend. As long as they are speaking for “management”

I’ve grown up around metro Atlanta most of my life. I don’t have a personal issue with open carry. Open carry does cause many people in the metro area anxiety and alarm. Just because you can, it doesn’t mean you should. I take time to make sure you can’t tell I’m carrying.

butt..butt..cops open carry all the time. Why doesn't that cause a panic? Studies show a cop is statistically more likely to commit a crime than a weapons permit holder. Not to mention, many of us are more educated and some of us put more rounds down range in a month than most cops do in a year.

Dress with nice button up shirt and tie and wear a nice leather holster and put on one of those weapons permit badges on your belt. They will think you are a detective or the like and not take a second look.
