No kidding…. The ones i like are the ones that have something broke or missing….. ‘but its an easy and cheap fix’.

I've often wondered the same thing myself. In fairness though, I've seen (and corrected) some damned awful "Billy Bob the retarded gunsmiff" repairs over the years. I respect folks that know their limitations.
