Today you are 21. The time is irrelevant. You cannot be denied a purchased based on our age at this point. I'll bet it's because your ID has the Under 21 across it and they don't want to risk that you might have somehow falsified the date.

I know it's either law or maybe just policy at Kroger, but I know they won't sell alcohol into after 12:30 on Sundays
