Get a cycling machine and use it several times a day and you will not need therapy. Like I said you can adj. the seat for the stretch in the knee so that it just hurts a little and go at it. Never went anywhere for therapy and mine is better than anyone I have talked to. You can probably rent or borrow one and you will not regreat it.

I have one! How soon did you start? I’m amazed at the lack of pain.. I’m hoping tomorrow is as good as today.
