Lack of integrity & it's consequences.

make sure you do everything in pm ON odt...right up to and including setting up meeting time and place...if you don't, your negative will be deleted...watch out for people who immediately want to get on the phone, there is no record of that..

Was the initial agreement in a PM? If so, neg him and that accomplishes your goal.
EDIT: I'm late to thread. You neg'd him and it stood. That is the clearest callout possible.
