make sure you do everything in pm ON odt...right up to and including setting up meeting time and place...if you don't, your negative will be deleted...watch out for people who immediately want to get on the phone, there is no record of that..

Much easier to ask questions about items and set things up on the phone. It might take hours or days to get things set up via strictly PM.
The phone is your friend if done correctly, just make it clear that all product details and meet will be confirmed via PM prior to a meet.
