Look at this Brisket!

I'm with you, I hardly ever buy meat at Walmart. But I've been buying briskets at Walmart for a while. It's hard to find a packer cut with the point and flat anywhere else and they are usually only 2.37-2.57/lb around here. At what temp do you pull it? I usually shoot for around 196-198 on the flat and I ignore the point temp.
