Yeah, and it use to be considered scrap meat! Talk about a turn around.

If you have ever been to TEXAS, they really know how to cook brisket, 30-36 hours, it takes a long time however the wait is worth every minute of the long hours.

Brisket doesn't do much for me, I mean it's OK but I prefer pulled pork or other type bbq over brisket.

Great job! I always have the juices ready when I slice it..Soak the slices in the juice to keep it from drying out..
