How come they put this on a ballot but other laws like the state collecting sales tax on sales of vehicles between private individuals doesn’t get a ballot vote ?

The money grubbing scumbag politicians just enact it , and call it a title tax to avoid lawsuits of it being a sales tax

It's not a sales tax, because Republicans don't vote for tax increases.
