My 87 Cutty

I have looked and looked for a new core support for it, but finding one for an 87 2 door seems damn near impossible.
The Euro headlights I assume fit differently than the 4 door (also with 4 separate lights), that part number has been discontinued and are nowhere to be found. I thought I had one bought and on the way, online, but they canceled the order a few days later due to it being discontinued
So, the one I have has some rust issues from a leaky battery , I would much rather just pop a new one in and be done with it, but that's not gonna happen so I will just have to work with what I got, it not too bad.
I am pretty much done with the engine bay, brakes and (suspension (for now) air ride will be on there at some point, just a couple minor things to address outside of the core support and its done.
I have had to put it on hold for the last few weeks due to work picking back up. In the spring time I usually work myself out of extra cash covering cost until the pay catches back up.
Also, I have two other cars I am looking at buying that I have been wanting for a long time, they are kind of on the rare side, so I think I am going to jump on them just to kind of secure them to me and deal with them later, or **** it, I'll do a threesome!
I gotta tell ya, I wasn't much into working on old cars, or new ones for that matter, but, I am having a blast doing this project. This **** is addictive! All of my extra cash is going into cars, the casinos can kiss my ass for awhile!
What do yall think? Good and bad..

I hear ya, I want a old car to work on, it's fun, I had a 86 cutlass years ago. I just like using my hands and getting dirty

The new core support would have been some made in China trash that wouldn't fit properly anyway

Better to fix the factory one
