I was gonna say I have run across revolvers that had had hot reloads shot out of them. Broke them internally, same symptoms.

He purchased a used gun, it is his responsibility to be satisfied with it before he pays the money.

A refund of any kind would only be warranted if he had stopped shooting at the time of the first failure, and then after a visit to a gunsmith. Your offer was more than generous.

I just told hom all I can do is stand behind my offer to take it to the Gunsmith I recommended and I would pay for the inspection and cleaning. There is nothing else I will offer. He said “The gun is in the same condition as when I bought it. So are you saying I’m SCREWED!!!?

Horse Crap! It is not in the same condition and you have been more than fair in offering to have it inspected a cleaned, with 1/2 the cost up to $200. Leave it at that..........
