neighbors drive on my land

Looking for advice. if dealt with it before, great.
Survey showed that part of the neighbor's driveway is on my land. Its gravel.
Asked neighbor what's the plan. He wants to buy that part, I'm not selling.

What legally should I do?
How have you handle this?
We need an accurate number on just how much land are we talking about here. That makes a big difference on course of action needed here. Now give us an exact figure. Don't inflate it to make it seem more outrageous than it is

My sister had the same problem with her long time neighbors. Their driveway was completely on her property. The issue isn't how great your neighbors are now but WHO gets the property later. She ended up having her lawyer redraw the slant of the property lines and swapped some of their unused land for the driveway.

Also reminds me of a little parking lot in Roswell years ago at the intersection of Pine Grove (Shallowford Rd), Canton St. and Alpharetta St. right near where the old Roswell theater used to be. The parking lot actually belonged to someone but was used publicly every day. Once every so many years they had to rope it off and assume control so there could be no legal claim on the land. I'd have a lawyer check it out myself.
