Does anybody know when the 2017-2018 magazine/publication will be available?

Also:

The first one is going to hurt attendance of the youth hunts on wma hunts .They want to make it state wide that only the child can carry a gun and hunt

It's the governments land, so I guess they can make their own rules?
All my kids are grown, and I try and steer clear of government properties.
