So, I used to use my dads bench, but now I live 5 hours away it's not as easy. I live in an apartment so I can't really setup a "reloading bench" like I want. Does anyone here use a cart or something to keep their reloading bench mobile so it can be put away when they are done?

My bullet casting setup is on a HF cart. Works well for that purpose. No reason it couldn't be adapted to reloading. Use the bottom shelf to keep a lot of heavy stuff on it, and it should be stable enough. You'll have to bolt in some dimensional lumber where you want to mount the press, and it will probably be needed to stiffen the sheet metal.

If budget and space allow, something like this would be ideal, although I would use some type of press mount/quick release system (like Pat Marlin's "Rock Dock"), or a press riser mount, to keep the drawers accessible.

I have several but one of my favorites is a Workmate 425 with a 3/4" 18X28 top. I added a strip around the edge to double the depth. I also added the Lee Bench Plate System for quick change. It folds flat and stores easily. If I were restricted to space this is the one I would keep.

I know some people use and like this:

It's cheap, collapsible, and easy to assemble.

That's what I use. there are some issues with using it to consider.

The edge of the length wise side is rounded and not straight, so the press won't be fully supported by the table.

The table is a somewhat soft material that soak's up oil's fast.

Other than that it's great and at a good price.

I have been thinking about getting the Black and Decker workmate to function as a portable reloading bench for reloading at work. Glad to see some positive reviews of people that have actually used them. Did y'all need to weight the bottom with sand bags or just rest your feet on it to avoid tipping?
