New reloading bench

Hell. I use to use an old nightstand for reloading. What ever you can bolt it to. Now that I have a gun room I use a Harbor Freight table.

I don't think you will need to. I have mine out I. The garage. It weights 75 lbs so it should budge unless you throw a bunch of weight into it. Just put it against the wall.

You could always try something like this.

I live in an apartment and I have this setup in an "office" space, but I only have the bottom part. The legs are $60 at Northern Tool and you can buy lumber whatever size you need depending on how much space you have. If you only use the top and bottom shelf like I did, you don't even need that much lumber.
