New to reloading

7/8"X14 is the industry standard on anything your press will handle. The Lee pistol/revolver dies are great. You can sit a Pro Auto Disk powder measure atop the case mouth expansion die and charge the case on the same stroke. As for the value of loading 9mm, that's according to what your goals are? I load em'. I load everything I shoot.

I load for performance, not economy. If I could, I'd load for my .22 rimfires!

I think everyone else has said it that the dies are interchangable, and that the cost savings isn't necessarily saving, it just means that you get to shoot more, but the one thing that I haven't heard is that while the rules say, don't have a cluttered bench, I think most of us end up with one, or at least mine sure seems to get that way. I just wish mine was as clean as yours. 8)

It's ambrosia maple, RamRoddoc. I love building with it. Have made a gun cabinet, spice rack and even cutting boards out of it. The bench is trimmed with it, over melanite and cedar legs. (Shelves are just plain pine I had laying around.)
