got ya, treasury bonds (tbills) have been in a slow decline and are dropping to barely over 2%
series i savings bonds are only paying 1.9% till october, probably gonna drop even more after that

meh, not terrible idea
buy 500 oz at 15, sell 150 oz at 18. sell 150 at 20. sell the rest at 25
rebuy when it drops to 15. those arent too bad numbers for numbers in a 5 to 6 year period. everyone got their own techniques i guess. whats yours?
I sold at $48 and was in around $8. I sold 800 oz. I've bought more over the last 8-10 years. I'm probably in at around $12 now. I wont sell until $28 and that will be a small amount. Basically, sell enough to replace my in cost @$12 and wait for a big profit.
I would piss away any profit from a small sale. Plus, not knowing what the buy back "in" price would be, keeps me timid until a big gain can be made.

i hear ya, thats why i got "muh pile", and i got my sell pile lol and the sell pile is as i stated before tiered so to speak
