Because, presumably, you aren't considering reselling the xanax. The premium you pay for Eagles comes back to you when you sell them. Maybe not with foreign bullion coins and definitely not with private mint rounds and bars.

Oh yeah I know that lots of folks prefer the gubment minted stuff for security and the Collector value. But those of us further down the trough just like to go with quantity ove quality. And no, you never sell your Xanax. They come in handy.
