Ohio man gets jail for mocking disabled girl

Apparently ... I mean some if not most of the population think slinging an AK on your back and walking into Hartsfield Jackson is "acting a fool" but would you have that case over turned and the man that did it charged and found guilty of DC?
Laws should be made to keep other ppl and there property save from physical harm....not mental harm...
Mentally harm is just as bad if not worse then physical harm.I know and have witness kids from school that committed suicide because they was bullied by people like this because of their size(weight) physical appearance or handicap.SO YES these type people needs to be punished and they (bullies) needs these type laws to help stop people like me that would beat the snot out of bullies that think this is funny and cause no harm.My brother (handicap and mentally challenged) always asked why others wanted to make fun of him as it isn't his fault.
While he is in jail he will get roughed up as people in jail don't care for people that hurt kids.
Bullying has not changed since Mosses was a boy.
The guy deserves an ass whooping for sure. But I disagree with the jail time. I think it sets a dangerous standard. I disagree with the disorderly conduct law because I don't like vague "catch all" type laws.
I can see this leading to parents of handicapped children using this kind of thing to get people arrested so they can sue to make money off of it even of there is no emotional damage done to the insulted person.

The problem I see is that there is that it's based on an emotional reaction that this guy got arrested. One cop may arrest him because he thinks like corso or soviet (not calling y'all out, just for example) and another cop may think like captdave. The laws should be written so that it's either a broke the law or he didn't.

P.s. mom has C.P. and I was a fatty in school...I know bullying first hand....
