Fairly labor intensive.

I dont have the VIN but Alldata and Mitchell are both call for a fair amount of time. While they can be wrong and quite often are I they are generally a good starting point. I know I would not volunteer to do the job in an hour by looking at a google image. The one I was looking at may be a different engine. Online it doesn't look like 6-hour job. However I could be looking at the wrong image. I pulled up 2009 Mazda 5.
That was the transmission oil pan replacement video. From what it looks like it's just a handful of 10 mm bolts. It has no gasket from the factory so you just use a silicone sealer. Very easy install! 400 bucks to do that as a healthy some. Looks like a $200 job from what I'm seeing online.
WTF all that for an oil pan? Those engineers ought to be floggedFairly labor intensive.
I think the Mazda 5 is even more extensive. The Mazda 3 shows 2.7 hours for either engine and the 5 shows 4.7 per alldata.Fairly labor intensive.
Defect or damage? You remember the brand?
