Ok I got a problem. The palms of my hands itch and the bottoms of my feet hurt like hell.

I received a PM from one of our members and this is exactly the problem I have as well. My Psoriasis is an auto immune disorder as well.

Here is the PM

Several years ago I hands would itch for no apparent reason. My feet would be sore. Felt like the sole was coming loose from the heel bone. My tongue would be sore on the edge on one side in morning. When my lip starting swelling I went to the doctor. He keep changing my high blood pressure meds in case I was having an allergic reaction. All of this was over several years. My doctor sent me to an allergy doctor. She run lots of test with no positive results. Mine is probably an auto-immune disease that does not show up on test yet. I take an antihistimine that keep the symptoms in check. Does nothing for the underlying cause. So, try an over the counter antihistimine. GOOD LUCK.

Hands itchy.. if it’s the land hand it means your coming into some money soon... right means means you’ll being meeting a stranger soon..
Feet .. have no clue but mine tingle sometimes

Might want to start looking into CBD oil. It could help. Do research not every one's is pure and consistent with dosage

My wife has auto immune issues (bad neuropathy, as well as other things) and have taken her to every specialist known.
Sad answer is they do not know what causes it and there ain't no cure.
All you can do is try to treat the symptoms and most of it does not work.
Prayers
