An oldy but a goody...

If you could only have one, which would you choose and why?

I'm a dyed in the wool 1911 Addict... but for me it will always be the SiG P220. Lighter, just as accurate, will eat anything I feed it no matter what, and goes BANG every time;

Dirty,
Muddy,
Wet,
Missing parts,
Hasn't been detail stripped in 10,000 rounds... Will still go BANG every time.


.... But I still keep my Specialist Commander w/ TLR-1 in the nightstand every night and sleep very soundly.

p89 hands down. more dependable and unlike a 1911 (or most of them) you dont need a special magic load to cycle it...
sigs are fine, but whats your bug out vehicle??? a Mercedes benz....

A solid 1911. Can’t improve on perfection. If you run out of ammo, you can beat a horse to death with an empty 5” 1911.
