Online Form 1 submission issues

I have tried about 14 times to submit my Form 1 online.

When I get to the document upload part and hit "Finish" it takes me back out to form selection page (home page).

When I tried to save my form after filling out the personal information page so I didn't have to continue to type it in I got this error:

A system error has occurred: javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-00015 : The user name is missing. Please press OK to try and recover from this error

Anyone with a bit more computer savvy have any idea what I need to do to fix this?

Save it and go back out. Log back in. I had that error. It took me about an hour and half other day to do a form 1

I couldn't ever get anything done on ie. Chrome worked fine with latest updates

The do state it only works on IE 7. Newer is an issue. I used Safari and had no issues.

Yep, I went in this morning with FireFox and it worked like a champ.

My first Form 1! Yah!
