Monday is no school everywhere. Regularly scheduled federal holiday. Presidents day.

Not correct.
As I posted earlier, Cobb Co schools exchanged their President's Holiday for last Nov Election Day. Many Cobb school locations are used as Voting places.
Cobb did have school scheduled for Monday.
