Years ago, I got into the habit of buying a brick or two of 22lr every time I'd go to Walmart for anything. When it got up to $17 for a brick, I quit buying. Haven't bought any since. Still gots plenty.

I did that too, but I'd still buy at $20 for a 555. Once the great panic hit, it was five years before I bought 22LR again. That whole $50 a brick thing was too much for me.

They had some small boxes on Monday , but we're out of any thing in bulk.

I had the cash for a 1400 Rd bucket on Monday too :-(

Visit between 1:30pm and 4:00pm during the week... they won't tell you but... they bring it out after the lunch rush.
