he's been doing it for awhile. so long as you can show you don't intend to use it as a silencer and just as a "solvent filter" you're okay! lol but this guy is wacko
They'll find a way before its over. I mean he's pushing it.
Everyone doing this is pushing it, some people have already been prosecuted when oil cans were found attached to the gun with a hole in the other end. It was still a challenge to show his intent to use it that way, but it's obviously a way to illegally make a silencer on the cheap.
