Quad rail suggestions.

They are a piece of cake if you have the tools. If you don't, I would look at drop ins like Troy, KAC, etc.

what tools does one need for that?

15" Troy vtac rail! Love it. It's light and slim.

Vltor CASV-EL is pretty nice for a carbine and a front sight. Put one on my newest build and think its awesome. Gives u a drop in full rail from front sight to rear receiver.

If i put the troy 2 piece rail in, will a magul BUIS front sight be blocked by the rail, or affect view of it?

I'd like a free float but how hard are they to put on?

They are not... Take off the Shroud you have on there. remove your gas block and tube, take your delta ring off, the barrel should slide out. Then put your barrel nut on and dont tighten untill you line up your gas bud to go through your barrel nut into your upper receiver. Ensure your barrel nut is tight. Once done, you need to put the pins in your gas block that hold it in place when you have everything straight. Take your free float shroud and screw it onto your barrel nut. Tighten into place.
NOW YOUR ROCKEN AND ROLLN!
