Yeah, I just completed my AR pistol and I used the 7.6" Troy TRX BattleRail and it came with a barrel nut and wrench.

15" Troy vtac rail! Love it. It's light and slim.

I am a fan of the VTAC rail as well... I DO NOT like quad rails but rather a round, free floated handguard with some rail on the end...My new current favorite is the Todd Jarrett Series from YHM

That is what I have on this rifle and I love it...but I don't Tacticool mine out that much...a flash light, sling, and an optic and I am ready to roll.
