Quality buck, Antlerless and Either sex?

This is probably a stupid question but what is the correct interpretation of 'Quality buck & Antlerless' and 'Quality buck/Either sex last two days' for a WMA where "only bucks with at least four points 1 inch long or longer on one side of the antlers" are legal?

I get the quality bucks but I am a little confused by the use with the other two definitions.

Quality Buck and antlerless generally means that you can kill both of these any given day of the hunt.
Quality buck and either sex last two days means that you can only kill antlerless deer on the last two days of the hunt only. If it's a 5 day hunt, the first 3 days are buck only. The last 2 days are when you can shoot antlerless or does.

Antler less=no visible bone button bucks,does legal.
Either sex-brown it's down, unless restriction on bucks
