Question: Im paper filing through Classic City

David Fed-exed the forms to me with explicit instructions. Thank you David. The form asks for my trust name and address, but not for a copy of my trust.

Do I need to submit a copy of my trust with the application? I do not see anywhere asking for a copy of my trust. Do I just submit/mail the form in duplicate and a $200 check?

It seems too easy, and I'm an expert at ****ing up easy.

thing that need to be in the envelope that is sent to the NFA or whatever (at least what I did)

Copy of Trust
Copy of Schedule A
$200 Money order or Personal check

Please make sure that is a copy and not the original.
