Recommendations on .45 host and suppressor

FNX45 tactical if you want sa/da hammer fired. FN545 if you want striker fired.

Dead Air Ghost. Adjustable size/length, wipes and a variety of mounting options.

P220 is a great gun, but currently only being produced in 45 ACP and 10MM. The sensible option that meets OPs spec would obviously be running 45 ACP.

Problem is that you can't buy a new P220 in 45ACP with a threaded barrel. Yes, SIG make a threaded barrel, but then you're taking an already quite expensive gun, and having to pay $230 straight off the bat to upgrade to a threaded version.

I've shot an H&K USP with a suppressor (not sure the brand or model) and a Glock 21 with a recently made Maxim silencer with offset baffles (so you don't need extra tall sights to see over the can).
Both worked great, and were nice and quiet.
Despite the big hole in .45 caliber suppressors, and the general rule that bigger openings let more noise escape faster, the slow speed and nearly-full combustion characteristics of the .45 ACP round fired from a 5" or 6" pistol barrel make it an impressively quiet round.
