Anyone bother to reload this?
I'm thinking about it since my range doesn't allow anything that attracts a magnet to be used and the price of brass cased boxer primed copper bullet is at least .50 a round.

Gotta find some brass and get a die set, figure it will pay for itself pretty quick at those prices. See some of them use a large primer too.

Thoughts on where to get the brass, preferably local?

if a range doesnt allow tula or wolf ammo that is retarded policy. its not your fault, i know you gotta shoot where available. if its coming out of a wolf or tula box with a steel case they know its the case . and if they were that "concerned" . they should pull a projectile at random and magnet test. sorry you gotta deal with it. it sux to reload for ak

i loaded .308's in a norinco years ago with good results. back then you could get cheap brass ammo at wally world, shoot it and reload. a little harder now. but i never tried the .311 or .312.
