RELOADING .. PIN UPS

edp1959 edp1959 That's a sweet setup! Looks like plenty of working room as well. As for the Mark7, you'd really need to be an avid shooter, because it'd take all the fun out of reloading! Very true, it’s kind of a dream right now. I just like watching that thing run and the sound of the bullets hitting the box.

@SR Burton what is that? Almost 5lbs of Lead! :) That's a freakin' quotable line and pic right there.

1,004 Fresh of the press 75gr Gold Dot Soft Points. Loaded to 5.56 pressures. I seen someone posted in the classifieds 500 - 62gr Speer factory for $800. People would be sad to hear that these cost less to load than you can get the cheapest brick of small rilfe primers for on Gunbroker.

I've loaded several thousand using my trusty Lyman press, but it's typically over a longer period of time.. I banged these ones out. I'm thinking of adding another Chargemaster..

I'd say mabie a lil larger workspace .. THEN another charge master.. working hard though brotha

When I got into reloading I ended up in the smallest room of the house.. It was fine at first, but as the years have gone by it has rapidly filled up. I might just build a powder drop bench. The thing is with 2 Chargemasters I can drop, place bullets, and for the most part seat/crimp 1. With 3 machines it should just be drop, drop, drop. Drop 1k, Seat 1k.

$230 for 1,004. And that ain't no lie. Can was $30 with 600 small pistol primed .38 brass. It may seem like a lot of work but I spent 2 months processing ~11k brass. So I primed em' one night, 500 one day, 504 next.
