If you have an $70,000 Super Duty, you'll be better off renting a Bobcat. Otherwise, cut it flush with the ground and do one of the stump removal process found on the interwebs.
I work for a tree service and there is no chance you pull that out with your truck. I would cut the tree down flush to the ground and try and plant somewhere else.
That's pretty big for a truck. Maybe a full size 4wd if you soak the root system for a few days and soften things up. put your chain up pretty high on the tree, you need the leverage. Maybe 4 or 5 feet up. I've pulled plenty of stuff out with a truck or tractor or both, but that's pretty big.
If you dig it out before you cut it down and then bend it over with your hitch and get an ax on the tap root then you’ll get rid of the old tree and dig your hole for your new tree at the same time. I have all the tools you need if you want to borrow them.
