Scissor lift / boom lift mechanic ?

are you wanting to sell your lift?
Not just yet .

Finally got the parts and got it operating.
Replaced the batteries , all the limit switches and new seals in all the hydraulic cylinders , and new O-rings in all the electric valves .

$I’ve got $9 or $10K in it so far .

Need to see if I can use it to remove my gutters and repair the rotten facia boards and paint my house .
If it won’t work for that , won’t fit in my yard or won’t reach etc , then it will be for sale .

Theres a couple of towable JLG lifts on FB for about that price .

I’ve learned that JLG is a lot easier to get parts for and work on than Genie .

Some advice :
Don’t buy one that doesn’t work.
I’ve bought plenty of cars and trucks that didn’t run and fixed them ,
But boom lifts are odd ducks and hard to find parts for , parts are expensive , and finding an experienced competent mechanic is not easy .

I finally found one that was super ,first one came out and messed with it a while and couldn’t fix it but didn’t charge me, second guy came and figured out the problem and fixed it in a couple hours ,

if someone needs a reference to a good Ariel lift mechanic , PM me I can share his contact info .

If this isn’t a scam , it’s a very good deal .
usually sells for about twice that .
