Does anybody know where the stock kit is going be available? Today they said sending out to distributors but I cant find any place thats claiming they will be selling them other than cz-usa.

There are a handful of sites that listed them for pre-orders. Those will be the first to deliver. If you don't have a pre-order in already, I'd say it's a fair bet you won't get in on the first offering. Unless you buy from a third party at a hefty markup.

Here's a few sights with that sku listed:

Good luck. You're gonna need it!

You're gonna need the 922r kit. I wish it was as easy as just slapping a stock on there.....everything I've seen is $200 for the kit whenever they become available.

cz isnt selling just the stock, its as a 922r compliance kit but ya $200 is what im seeing. If it was just the stock i would just wait for the manticore arms stock which long run is what i plan on getting. Its ok i guess since i just filed my form 1 a week ago.

Just kinda fishing around seeing if theres gonna be some out there or not. LGS said they didnt do preorders but they ordered some no idea when they are going to get them or what the cost will be.

I've already figured I'm going to have to wait at least 6 months from the time they're available to get one. I've had an approved stamp for a few months now. Not impressed with CZ at all with their handling of this.

I don't think CZ expected the Scorpion to take off as well as it did. Nor that so many people would start SBRing them from the get go 922r or not. I am glad we are getting factory kits even in the same year as the gun released. It takes a lot to get stuff shipped from overseas, lots of paperwork, and wait time unless you own a cargo plane. CNC machining a few thousand trigger components in the US, along with a new injection mold for the grip that now says "CZ-USA" on it, and making a few thousand of those.

I waited almost a year and a half to get a VTAC M&P because they were glimpsed at a shot show and never distributed.

Eh, you're nicer than I am. The gun is useless as a pistol and I'd guess the majority of people bought them to SBR. They're planning and roll-out of this has been awful.

I agree the roll out didnt go perfect, but I can always see the investment and devotion of a good company. Getting everything ready and shipping in 6 months across a country has got to be a big deal when a lot of stuff is from over seas. They ended up making almost everything here and I can see that as a mountain to climb in machine time. Machines that also make parts for a handful of other guns made by CZ-USA.

I've had plenty of worse waiting experiences for new items talked about for years.
