Short AR handguards

I'm trying to track down a 3" handguard. Does anyone know of a good source for one?

I found two 4" ones:

sota makes a short one,it aint expensive so it prolly wont work

4" + chop saw + black anodizing marker = 3".

This is going on a 3.5" 9mm. I'd prefer something that I can mount a VFG on, but not a quad rail set up.

Does anyone know which one this is?

The Sota one is short enough, but I want to be able to mount a VFG and would like something that locks into place vs just screws in.

The $55 Guntec + a saw is the current frontrunner.
