Please school me on how to set up a SBR via legal forms

1. what are my options in filing as an individual

2. what are my options in filing through a trust ( what advantages does this provide?)

3. Can ALL this be done at silencer shop kiosk?

Almost all places that have the kiosk have a preferred way of getting you a trust . Quicker they get paperwork settled the faster you buy something

was thinking about doing the one time trust through silencer shop, since i won't be getting any other SBRs or silencers in the short run i can space out the cost and get a permanent trust down the road

A trust should be good for life.

heavyd will get you done quickly, and all on line. I think it is 3 to 5 days, IIRC.
