Has anyone had any experience with the Sig Sauer P226 Classic 22 or own one?
Thinking of buying one as a training pistol for my 9mm.
Any feedback positive or negative would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I have a similar model 229. It functions well with all ammo. Like all conversions it will fail after a few hundred rounds and must be cleaned. Aluminum slide. Mags are expensive.
It will not be easy to thread the barrel

Thank you

I have one, I've owned for several years. I have the 40cal conversion kit as well. Mine works flawless. I had the srt trigger installed and I love this setup.
