Over the course of 3 months, 18 hours, and about $400. I did it. Wanted to post a few pictures. Will post a few lessons learned later and if you have any questions just ask.
Update 1/25/2019
Lessons learned:
1. Moving the Beast. If it is stripped you need 2 people to move. The whole machine you will need 4 strong guys. (mine was 800lbs)
2. Stripping the Machine. Get a manual from the manufacturer, it's very helpful in the disassembly.
3. Order your carpet online. (much cheaper) I went to a local car shop and paid almost double.
4. Don't use the spray adhesive. Use the liquid stuff you paint/roll on.
5. Put shelves in last. I uninstalled mine 5x.
