Neither of those have any pistol cans, but their rifle cans seem to be tanks, alot of them rated for 300Win mag

Someone is currently making something like that per an SOT I had a conversation with 2 weeks ago. It is serialed on the gun end , I am not sure how the ATF sees this but I think it was approved for sale

After it is installed you will need a sturdy bi-pod under the can to keep the muzzle on target.

No and no. Changing the length, caliber, or "capability" constitutes a new suppressor and requires another tax stamp. With our laws this is not possible for us since a static length is required.
