Springfield Armory Hellcat

The Hellcat grip is thick. You might as well be comparing it to a Gen 4 Glock 19.
Not even close. When I have time I'll take pics. It's the same as the p365. I tried to place a p10c mag in it wouldn't go in. If you hate Springfield for what they did fine. I don't like what they did but love this gun. I went to the store Friday to pick up a p365xl because they said it was a improvement over the p365. While playing with it I noticed the hellcat sitting there thinking pos company selling a pos gun. Clerk gave it to my to try out the fit because I was complaining about the grip angle of the 365xl. Bam fell in love first grab. She's a great shooting gun from a good company with poor decision making when it comes from 2a side. Dont knock it till you try it.

XD line is also known for being pieces of **** that break. Broken grip safeties and cracked frames being the most common.
Says who? I have 3 xd variants, a 9 and (2) 45s, the 9 has over 10k rounds not a single malfunction, the service 45 has about 4500 rounds no malfunctions,
the XDs has had a total of 3 malfunctions out of about 2500 rounds all three due to a bad mag. Other than some bad internet press from want-to-be firearm experts I don't know of anyone who has had a lot of problems out of the XD platform, I have a range and I observe a lot of rounds out of a lot of firearms going down range. Any compnay can let a single bad firearm slip out the door. If you have some real source info that the XD platform has a high failure rate I would like you to direct me to it.

I did not know the hellcats were already out in the wild. The Xd line was always known for “natural point of aim”. The 365 was just too narrow in the grip for me. I thought I liked it at first but stuck with Glock
I can agree with this. It's one of the few guns I have that seems to shoot itself so to speak.

LOL.. butthurt much cuz someone thinks you made a poor choice in firearms? I mean, if you like Croatian hammers they are great.

I guess Aaron Cowan is a nobody.

I do think the Hellcat will be a good gun in the long haul. SIG may have been first out of the gate with 'full capacity' 9mm subcompacts, but this shows they won't have the category to themselves. It'll be interesting to see who else throws their hat in the ring.
