Springfield used to offer it for around 100 bucks back in the day. I can't find any custom shop stuff on their site anymore though. Not sure they are still doing it.
all Springfield 1911 are 70 series

really it is just a side effect of my short term memory loss. By this time next week I will forget I own it for the next 6 months to 6 years.
I can't speak to whether or not it's still in their case at the moment, but Appalachian Gun & Pawn has had a new TRP in their case for a month or so now for ~$1,500 if you're looking. It was there this past Saturday when I swung by. Didn't realize it was a TRP at first because they did away with the marking at the rear of the slide and now just mark TRP on the left side of the slide. Super nice though!
