Maybe I am missing something but it looks like they test fired from 3 Cylinders and that would be correct. I don't see any rings on two of them. They should have cleaned it up though.

While I agree, this is a mid sized gun store (not pawn shop). If it were found out that they are mislabeling used guns as new, I believe it would hurt the business petty bad.
Some business may be willing to take that risk but I would not understand a place like this taking that risk for so little gain.
