I have exactly one leather CC holster and it fits my old M&P9. My first rig rhat I bought when I turned 21. Unfortunately, I lost one of the belt loops. The maker retired/quit/IDK so I couldn't contact him.
When I found out we had a leather holster maker here on ODT I reached out to Tony TKIM of Tactical Gun Leather. He agreed to make me a shark skin loop for my IWB/OWB holster.
A few days after sending it to him I got a package in the mail with the new loop.

Although they do match, I have noticed a difference in how they were made.
Tony's has more attention to detail than the original!
Heavier gauge thread
Tighter and cleaner stitching
Edges are rounded and burnished to blend the shark skin and leather.

Glad I saw his name mentioned before.
When I started comparing the two loops more closely I was surprised how much difference there was.
Now I need a TGL Holster...
