The gun you never buy

One I waited 30 years to find and afford, also I wanted a Ruger target 22 pistol for years. It always got put off when a bill, kid,car repair......other guns came along but that particular one eluded me for a bit. I have an 1895 Winchester that I hunted for for seven years (long before internet) for my Father in Law. I was about to give it to him when he told me that wasn't what he wanted. After hunting for so long I decided to keep it.

Second the Colt Python, I doubt I will ever own one now because the value of these have went through the roof. I realize it would not be the same, but I am hoping since Colt made the Cobra, they will produce a modern version of the Python. It will not have the craftsmanship of the originals, but could be reproduced with modern techniques and still be a pistol that people would like to own without paying the price of the originals.

And for such a warm and touching story I will drop the price $10

I had two of those, one was just fine the other... I don't remember what was wrong with it now but I sent it back to Smith & Wesson. When it got back it was the slickest handling 22 I've ever shot. Better than my Ruger or Smith 41. It was almost like someone at Smith said lets impress the man, what can we do to this?

Well all the trigger issues have been taken care of with this one. Unfortunately it just comes with the one magazine
