I got some spicy kimchi from Publix that was killer on a hotdog. Can't remember what it was called but it's in the fresh veggie section...I need to get some more.
I picked up some Knockwurst this morning and I bet some kimchi would be great on that.

Nasoya brand Authentic Korean Kimchee is very good stuff. Find it in Publix produce dept. near the fresh salsas.

Never even thought about cooking them in the air fryer. I need to give that a go.

I didn't realize buns would be hard to find. Maybe use 2 regular ones?
