Given your budget you really need to go weapons mounted NV instead. Pick up a cheap handheld thermal to compliment. Buying inexpensive weapons mounted thermal equipment is a bad idea, and while you think you are saving money, you are not. You are not only going to have to buy twice, but the first one you bought will have the resale value of a Yugo.

I’m kinda leaning towards the xq38 trail but might wait and see what comes out this summer.
