The hardest part would the Bolton gas block.

The M4 stock adapter is fairly easy but gets a little more complicated if you want to cut the tang. It's really not necessary to cut the tang though because there are lots of options on the market like the new Krebs http://www.krebscustom.com/products...-ADAPTER-FOR-STANDARDPATTERN-and-SAIGA-RIFLES Then just decide if you want folding or not.

I'd stay away from the ALG trigger for now, unless they have a fix. There has been reports of the disconnector breaking. See post 74 here http://www.akfiles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=299392&page=3 FWIW I have one, but it's not seen too much abuse with only a few hundred rounds.

Two option. Press them off with a 12 ton press, or carefully cut them off with a moto tool.

chrislibby88 take Dremel and cut it or take it to the gunsmith. I don't have a press looks like I've got my options laid out
